More than 80 years ago, Harry London Chocolate Factory in North Canton began making the finest candies and chocolates in the Akron-Canton area. Harry London Candies offers over 500 sweets and chocolates throughout their Factory Store.
Harry London is the founder of the chocolate factory. As a child, he learned the techniques of making fine chocolates from his father, Gilbert London. The latter taught him the secrets of their family’s European traditions.
Harry London started making chocolates by giving them as a gift to his friends and family. Not long after, he started receiving requests and orders that he needed to quit his job at a steel mill factory]. So he started Harry London candies in 1922. In 1995, the factory moved to North Canton beside the Akron-Canton Regional Airport.
Throughout the years, the family recipe and tradition remained the same as they continue to use only the highest quality and purest ingredients. In 2006, the company was acquired by 1-800-FLOWER.COM for $85 million, including Fannie May and Fannie Farmer. And in the year 2017, Fannie May Confections Brands, Inc. and the Harry London chocolate brands were acquired by Ferrero International S.A. from 1-800-FLOWERS.com.

Being the largest chocolate factory in the Midwest, visitors can savor over 500 varieties of delectable and fine chocolate selection. They can also indulge in chocolate samples from candy bars, gourmet pretzels, toffee, mocha melts, truffles, and much more offered along the tour.
